The Registration Office is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY to complete the final steps for Registration in Person. The complete list of directions for completing the online Pre-registration can be found on our district’s Registration Page. Read these thoroughly before starting your next step.
Getting Started:
Click on the “New User” options to the left. Parents' contact emails MUST be unique. They cannot share an email in SchoolTool. Parent contact emails MUST be unique. Parents cannot share an email in SchoolTool. To make changes to your document, click the “Previous & Next Step” buttons To cancel your sessions at any time, click the “Cancel” Button on Page 1 or exit the session. When entering contacts, please only add parents, legal guardians, non-custodial parents in the spaces provided. When all information has been entered, submit the pre-registration session by clicking the “SAVE” button. Re-entry will only be allowed up until the time you finish the registration in person at the District Office.
You will receive a confirmation email from our Pre-Registration systems with a 6-digit session key verifying the session has successfully been transmitted to our office. If you do not receive this email, your Pre-Registration has not been successfully submitted. Please check your SPAM folder for your confirmation email if you do not find it in your in-box.
You will receive a “Next Step” email from Cathy Madigan, Central Registrar. PLEASE read all directions given in this email to ensure your child’s registration will not be delayed. Additional regiistration forms and a list of Required Documents will be mailed to you to bring to your scheduled appointment.
All visitors are required to come into the office only during their pre-scheduled appointment with the Registrar.
